Congrats to the LID Design Challenge Winners

Resource Rain Chattanooga recently launched the Low Impact Development Design Challenge, sponsored in part by AquaShield. The contest asked teams to redesign Broad Street and Cherokee Boulevard with green space, bike paths, and LID elements.
